This notice covers the CM Cash private pilot and this website. The operator is Carlos Castillo, operating as CM Restaurant Technologies.

Information used by CM Cash

The app records cash quantities, shift labels and times, entered staff names, notes, transfer amounts and references, employee confirmations and manager approvals. Its Clover connection reads merchant identity, recent payment activity counts and selected cash-event fields, including available reasons and employee/device references.

Where records stay

App records are stored locally. CM Cash has no custom backend or advertising/analytics integration. Clover credentials are used in memory and are not intentionally saved or logged. Clover processes service requests under its applicable policies.

The local database is not separately encrypted by the app. Android automatic backup is disabled. Manual backups are password encrypted. CSV, HTML and JSON exports are not encrypted by the app; your chosen destination provider may process them.

Retention & corrections

Records are not automatically deleted. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes local records, but exported copies remain at their destinations. Audit records preserve originals; reviews can append explanations. The merchant controls device access and exported copies.

Website & support

This website has no contact forms, advertising or analytics scripts added by us. Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and may process IP addresses, requested URLs and browser information to deliver and secure it. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Zoho hosts our support email and processes the messages, sender details and attachments you send. We use those messages to respond and investigate issues. We retain correspondence as needed for support, follow-up and applicable recordkeeping requirements. See Zoho’s privacy policy.

We do not sell app records or use them for targeted advertising. We do not enable cross-site advertising trackers. The app and website do not change behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.

For privacy, access or correction requests, contact support. We may need to verify your authority. We do not have remote access to local app records through a custom server. Copies you exported must be managed at their destinations. Updates to this notice will show a revised date.
